Sales Associate

Summary

As a Cartier Ambassador, the Sales Associate achieves sales targets, develops client relationships, and delivers an exceptional experience at every touch point. The role also supports daily boutique operations and upholds Maison values.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets while providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain client relationships through CRM tools, follow-up, events, and networking.
• Resolve client concerns and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
• Follow security and operational procedures and assist with boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, and special projects.
• Stay current on industry news and competitors.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements; computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and client events.
• College degree preferred; SAP knowledge and additional language skills are a plus.
