Sales Associate

Summary

Represent the Maison by delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets. Build lasting client relationships while supporting the daily operations and presentation of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide attentive service throughout the client journey, including after-sales support.
• Develop client relationships, maintain accurate client records, resolve concerns, and participate in boutique events.
• Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory counts, security procedures, and other operational projects.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitors, and uphold Maison standards.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as other retail hours and occasional travel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Computer proficiency and MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge, additional languages, and timepiece knowledge are preferred.
