Summary

As a Sales Associate based at Woodbury Commons in Central Valley, NY, you will support the management team to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Paul Smith brand. Responsibilities

• Greet clients and act as a brand ambassador for Paul Smith.
• Maintain and share product knowledge and keep clients informed about brand activity.
• Build and manage the store clientele book, contacting clients and inviting them to events.
• Maximize sales at every opportunity to meet and exceed personal and store targets.
• Ensure visual presentation, store maintenance, and housekeeping meet company standards.
• Use store tablets and POS systems to enhance the customer experience and process transactions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail selling experience in luxury fashion.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and work toward weekly sales goals.
