Sales Associate - Century City

As a Sales Associate at Marc Jacobs Century City in Los Angeles, CA, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional client experiences. You will engage in clienteling and assist with store operations to ensure a welcoming environment for all clients.

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest-ready, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
• Build sales by establishing yourself as an expert in styling, seasonal trends, and product knowledge.
• Illustrate the client journey and core behaviors needed for a unique and elevated experience.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, including product and brand DNA.
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.

• Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized.

• 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, or a related role with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in generating sales and developing client relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
