Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Provide welcoming, knowledgeable service and guide clients through an elevated shopping experience.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Maintain organized sales-floor and stockroom areas and collaborate with store colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
