Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an exceptional guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
• Build sales through styling expertise, seasonal trends, and product knowledge
• Execute the client journey to drive repeat business and client loyalty
• Capture and maintain client data and cultivate client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and store procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings weekends and holidays
• Creative and collaborative mindset with openness to feedback
