Sales Associate - City Center

Summary

Represent the Maison in the boutique by achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Support daily boutique operations while upholding brand standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the client experience.
• Develop client relationships, maintain accurate client information, and participate in client events and networking.
• Support boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and other daily operations.
• Resolve client concerns and collaborate with management to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements; computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and events.
