Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate with a proven track record of generating over $1 million in annual sales within the high-end fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional styling and wardrobing skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role requires someone who is proactive, client-focused, and motivated to drive business through personalized client appointments and top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
  • Provide exceptional styling and wardrobing services, creating personalized looks that cater to the individual needs and preferences of each client.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through consistent follow-up, personalized communication, and exceptional service.
  • Schedule and conduct client appointments, ensuring each interaction is tailored to the client's unique style and needs.
  • Stay informed on the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to offer informed and relevant advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the boutique environment is visually appealing, well-organized, and reflective of the brand’s high standards.
  • Assist in executing in-store events and promotions aimed at driving traffic and increasing sales.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports, utilizing CRM systems to track and manage client interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-end fashion retail environment, with a proven sales history of $1 million or more annually.
  • Strong styling and wardrobing skills, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of luxury fashion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable with technology used in a retail environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
