Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, including fabric details and style trends
• Assist customers in selecting, fitting, and styling garments to meet their individual needs
• Manage inventory, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit sales
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
