Part Time Sales Associate representing the brand through in-store and virtual client interactions, acting as a brand ambassador in the community while maintaining product knowledge and service standards. Role includes key-holder duties, clienteling, inventory support, and ensuring visual and operational standards are met at the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to clients and maintain high service standards
- Perform key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing and cash handling
- Manage client book with follow up via phone and email and send thank you letters
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling
- Assist with inventory, shipping and receiving, and end-of-day procedures
- Maintain cash wrap standards and be proficient with register systems
- Merchandise product and ensure visual standards are maintained
- Cover back of house tasks and support special projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales or clienteling, preferably in luxury footwear or accessories
- Knowledge of product terminology for shoes and accessories
- Ability to perform cash handling and key-holder financial responsibilities
- Comfort with inventory processes and shipping procedures
- Strong communication skills for client follow up by phone and email
- Ability to meet sales goals and maintain high productivity
- Adherence to uniform and grooming standards and store policies
