Summary
Provide exceptional client service as a Brand Ambassador at the Costa Mesa boutique, reporting to the General Manager. Drive sales performance through clienteling, data capture, and after sales service while supporting store initiatives and daily retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and promote the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
- Capture client data and build genuine client relationships
- Maintain relationships through follow up, thank you notes, and service coordination
- Support team efforts to generate and retain client relationships
- Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
- Assist with product repairs and advise clients on product fit
- Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests, and events
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience; luxury experience preferred
- Understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multitasking retail environment
- Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused attitude
- Strong communication and partnership building skills
- Attention to detail in handling consignments and client service tasks
