The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador providing exceptional client service from welcome to close, serving as a product and service expert to elevate the customer experience and achieve sales goals. The role supports store operations, visual standards, and team initiatives while representing the brand professionally.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs through proactive selling.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with new and existing customers and develop client relationships.
- Maintain customer correspondence and follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and competition.
- Perform opening and closing duties and assist with inventory and special store projects.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and dress code standards.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards per corporate and management direction.
- Partner with team members to achieve store goals and participate in training when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated with goal achievement capability.
- Flexible availability including weekends and ability to work as part of a team.
- Computer proficiency.
- Eligible for hourly pay plus commission and bonus.
