Summary

The Sales Associate represents the brand and supports store goals by delivering excellent customer service, driving personal sales, and upholding visual merchandising and omni channel initiatives. This role reports to the Store Manager and contributes to building brand awareness and a strong client base in the market.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
• Support and execute visual merchandising and merchandising standards
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and brand history
• Perform omni channel service and initiatives
• Represent and support brand values at all times
• Assist in developing a strong business in the market
