Sales Associate

Summary

Join the store team to drive brand awareness and sales for a premium denim and casual fashion label. The Sales Associate supports store performance by delivering exceptional client experiences, maintaining product and brand knowledge, and contributing to merchandising and omnichannel initiatives. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on meeting personal and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to store sales goals through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a world-class shopping experience for clients.
• Maintain thorough product, brand and company knowledge and communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Execute visual merchandising and merchandising standards to represent the Diesel brand.
• Perform omnichannel service initiatives, including supporting in-store and online sales workflows.

Requirements

• Passion for premium denim and the Diesel brand; act as a brand ambassador.
• Strong customer-focus with proven relationship-building and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for fashion trends and product knowledge; seen as a go-to resource by peers and clients.
• Ability to work a retail schedule and meet individual sales objectives in a store environment.
