Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate represents the brand and sells luxury clothing and accessories while achieving individual and store sales objectives. This role develops and services clients through attentive customer service, product knowledge, and ongoing relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and assist clients with luxury clothing and accessory purchases.
• Achieve personal sales and productivity goals and contribute to store objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, appointments, and event invitations.
• Maintain product knowledge, boutique procedures, housekeeping, and visual standards.
• Assist with inventory and special projects while following operational and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of contemporary or luxury fashion retail sales experience.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; made-to-measure sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, personable, and able to identify customer needs and address objections.
• Clienteling and client book management experience, general computer proficiency, and ability to operate a POS register.
• Flexible schedule required.
