Responsibilities

• Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales using available technology.
• Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, the sales floor, and fitting rooms, and assist with store fulfillment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety rules, and procedural documents.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Comfort using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers.
