As a Sales Associate at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, you will represent the brand through client interactions both in-store and virtually, acting as a brand ambassador in the community. You will fulfill key-holder responsibilities and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.

• Represent the brand through client interactions and act as a brand ambassador in the community.
• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to all clients.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships with consistent follow-up as needed.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
• Be proficient with the register system(s) and merchandise product.

• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain high productivity and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in using register systems and handling cash.
• Understanding of fashion terminology and product knowledge.
