• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide a welcoming and client focused sales floor experience
• Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Execute clienteling activities including capturing client data and follow up
• Demonstrate brand knowledge and promote the brand DNA
• Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and retail procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service roles
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Ability to operate POS systems and use Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for the brand and product offering
