Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Drive sales through product knowledge and customer service
• Support merchandise presentation and inventory replenishment
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties
• Participate in hiring event interviews and onboarding activities
• Work collaboratively with store team to meet performance goals
• Adhere to store policies and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and cash handling ability
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Willingness to complete background check as required
