Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry

Summary

As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate you will deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor, build client relationships, and drive sales of fine jewelry and related services. You will use product knowledge to advise customers, demonstrate merchandise, and close transactions while maintaining merchandising standards. This is a full-time, in-store position based at the Bridgewater location with a focus on meeting sales goals and providing a personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to assess needs and present fine jewelry products and services.
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, and care instructions to support purchasing decisions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock presentation, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments, and follow security procedures for high-value items.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent product knowledge, attention to detail, and sales closing ability.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and ability to work on-site.
