As a Sales Associate in Fine Jewelry at our Chevy Chase location, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in selecting exquisite jewelry pieces. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fine jewelry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
