Summary

Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients in the fine jewelry department, driving sales and building long-term relationships. Demonstrate detailed product knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones to educate customers and support purchasing decisions. Maintain a polished sales floor presence and collaborate with the team to meet departmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and present jewelry options to drive sales.
• Deliver personalized clienteling, follow up on leads, and cultivate repeat business.
• Demonstrate product features and care, explain warranties and services, and coordinate repairs if needed.
• Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and complete required sales paperwork.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock displays, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow loss prevention and security procedures for high-value merchandise.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, integrity handling high-value items, and adherence to security protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent; jewelry certifications a plus.
