Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales by using technology effectively.
• Circulate the sales floor, identify customer needs, and share loyalty program benefits.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational standards, including floor and fitting room upkeep.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural materials.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
