Summary

The Sales Associate delivers an elevated client experience while driving sales and supporting store operations. The role focuses on clienteling, product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and welcoming service throughout the client journey.
• Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
