Sales Associate - Handbags

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of handbags and related accessories on the sales floor. Assist customers with product selection, styling, and purchases while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Build client relationships to support repeat business and help achieve individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge for handbags, materials, and care; answer customer questions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges per store policy.
• Maintain merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure displays are tidy and well-presented.
• Participate in receiving, inventory counts, and loss prevention procedures as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or related customer-facing experience, preferably in handbags or accessories.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks related to stock and merchandising.
