Join our team as a Sales Associate in the Home department, where you will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in our Boca Raton location. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their home product needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate home products.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

• 1+ years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Enthusiasm for home products and a desire to help customers find the perfect items for their needs.
