Guide and inspire customers by providing gracious service, product knowledge, and styling support. Build lasting relationships with customers in store and online while delivering a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales using available technology.
• Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout the shopping experience.
• Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and store operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
