Guide and inspire customers through a personal, engaging shopping experience in the Home department. Build lasting client relationships and support customers in-store and online while driving sales and delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create seamless, enjoyable in-store and online experiences and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room maintenance.
• Share the benefits of loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
