As a Sales Associate at Hublot in Las Vegas, you will play a crucial role in achieving boutique success by meeting team targets. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of brand and product knowledge to ensure a positive brand experience and encourage repeat sales.

• Handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain merchandising displays and high store standards.
• Provide high-quality service to customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
• Alter and fit customers' watches.
• Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
• Attend and contribute to brand events.
• Build client relationships and develop a client book.
• Capture client information and complete CRM database.
• Support Instagram posting by creating content when needed.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
• Provide in-store after-sales service and work with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years of retail experience, primarily in luxury.
• Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
• Proactive, independent, and team-oriented spirit.
• Highly professional manner and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
• Capability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.
