Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide expert product knowledge and personalized fitting assistance for intimates
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges professionally
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure shelves and displays are stocked
• Assist with inventory counts and receiving merchandise
• Support loss prevention and follow store policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members and store management to drive results

Requirements

• Prior retail or sales experience, preferably in intimates or apparel
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable with product fittings and providing sizing guidance
