Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Execute client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
• Capture client data and cultivate client relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on inquiries and sales
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role with customer service focus
• Experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office navigation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service
