As a Sales Associate at Jersey Shore Premium Outlet, you will drive sales and service by providing an exceptional client experience, engaging in clienteling, and assisting with the operations of the store. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the store's success by achieving sales targets and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
• Ensure the store is always guest ready, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Build sales by establishing yourself as an expert in styling, seasonal trends, and product knowledge.
• Illustrate the client journey and core behaviors needed to provide a unique and elevated experience.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, including product and brand DNA.
• Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
• Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
• Maintain a curious and learning attitude by seeking and receiving feedback.
• Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, or a related role with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in generating sales and building client relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
