Sales Associate

Summary

Represent the Jimmy Choo brand and develop personal client relationships through attentive, knowledgeable service. Support sales goals, store operations, inventory, and visual standards while serving as a brand ambassador in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with product selections and try-ons, provide after-sales service, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Develop and manage a client book, pursue sales targets, and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Fulfill key-holder duties, handle cash and register transactions, and follow store procedures.
• Support inventory management, shipping and receiving, back-of-house tasks, merchandising, and special projects.
• Maintain visual standards and uphold attendance, uniform, grooming, and workplace organization expectations.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Be knowledgeable about Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories and able to assist clients with selections and try-ons.
• Be proficient with register systems and able to support cash handling, inventory, and store operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with company policies and procedures.
