Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated customer experience before, during and after the sale
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships
• Partner with management to achieve sales targets
• Maintain high level of product knowledge and brand terminology
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community to foster relationships
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
• Fulfill key holder responsibilities including store opening and closing
• Handle cash and financial responsibilities accurately

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve results
• Self starter with strong motivation and curiosity
