Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer service during and after sale
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships
• Partner with management to achieve sales targets
• Maintain high level of product knowledge and terminology
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times
• Fulfill key-holder duties including store opening and closing and cash handling

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
• Self-starter with ability to drive results
• Strong sales and client engagement skills
• Customer service focused with passion for community engagement
• Technologically savvy with entrepreneurial spirit
