Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Jimmy Choo in Richmond, you will represent the brand through client interactions and act as a brand ambassador in the community. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards and achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.

• Represent the brand through client interactions and act as a brand ambassador.
• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, and cash handling.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships with consistent follow-up.
• Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
• Be proficient with the register system and merchandise products.

• 2-5 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate effectively in stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.
• Strong team-working and organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
