Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer service during and after sales, and cultivate client relationships.
• Partner with management to achieve sales targets and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Represent the brand in the community and maintain visual standards.
• Perform key-holder duties, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, engage customers, and provide service-focused sales.
• Self-starter with curiosity, motivation, technological skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
