Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Jimmy Choo in Troy, you will play a crucial role in developing personal clientele and contributing to the success of the brand. You will act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of product knowledge and sales performance.

• Represent the brand through client interactions both in-store and virtually.
• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial duties.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide prompt, attentive assistance to clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships with consistent follow-up.
• Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales.

• 2-5 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate effectively in various stressful situations while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Passion for sales, footwear, and accessories.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently.
