Summary

Represent the Maison by delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales targets. Build lasting client relationships while supporting the daily operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide knowledgeable, attentive service throughout the client journey.
• Develop client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and support client events and follow-up.
• Assist with boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and other operational tasks.
• Stay informed about industry news, competitors, and the Maison's products.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• General knowledge of timepiece movements; computer skills and MS Office experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training and client events.
