Summary
Serve as an ambassador of the Maison delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving and exceeding sales targets. Support daily boutique operations and proactively develop a personal client portfolio through CRM initiatives and in-store or offsite events.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Greet and acknowledge customers and provide outstanding customer service before during and after sales.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow-up.
- Assist with merchandising daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Support daily boutique set-up breakdown and communicate maintenance or security issues.
- Participate in inventories cycle counts and prepare for audits.
- Assist after sales clients and escalate client issues to management when needed.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and support special projects such as price changes and back office tasks.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail service or hospitality.
- College degree preferred.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Computer and internet savvy with MS Office required SAP preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for training and events.
