Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed KPIs
• Provide an exceptional and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Engage in clienteling, capture client data, and maintain relationships
• Follow up promptly on sales events and client inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or a customer service focused role
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Creative and innovative mindset with openness to new ideas
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
