Sales Associate responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences at the King of Prussia Mall store. Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide an exceptional guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Build sales through styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge
- Execute the client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Maintain collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and operational
- Adhere to company policies and store procedures
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service role
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office suite
- Creative and innovative mindset with willingness to embrace change
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
