Sales Associate

Summary

Temporary Sales Associate supporting a pop-up at the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival from September 4–7, 2026 with potential to extend. Provide exceptional customer service and styling guidance while assisting with setup, visual merchandising, inventory, and sales to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and breakdown of the archive sale location
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a style advisor
• Educate customers on products, craftsmanship, and brand story
• Lead customers through the sales process from discovery to purchase
• Support inventory management, restocking, and organization of merchandise
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized retail environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
• Stand and move throughout the sales floor for extended periods

Requirements

• Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion and eyewear and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Located in or near Aspen, CO
