Summary

The Sales Associate delivers an exceptional client experience while driving individual and store sales at the Las Americas Premium Outlet. This role combines clienteling, styling expertise, product knowledge, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and commercial KPIs while providing welcoming, elevated service.
• Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Share product knowledge, brand heritage, styling expertise, and seasonal trends.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and guest ready, and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and remain open to feedback and learning.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including operating a POS and using Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
