Summary
Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, act as a brand ambassador in the community, and maintain high standards of product knowledge, visual presentation, and customer service while supporting store operations including cash handling and inventory tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt attentive and knowledgeable assistance to clients and ensure high service standards
- Fulfill key-holder duties including store opening closing and cash handling
- Manage client book follow up via phone and email and coordinate out-of-town shipping
- Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets and pursue opportunities to increase sales
- Perform merchandising and maintain visual standards on the sales floor
- Assist with inventory receiving shipping and back of house coverage as needed
- Use register systems and manage cash wrap standards
- Follow end-of-day procedures including bag checks and store organization
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience with clienteling and product knowledge preferred
- Ability to perform cash handling and key-holder responsibilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and store systems such as UltiPro
- Strong communication skills for follow up calls emails and thank you correspondence
- Ability to meet sales targets and maintain productivity
- Comfort with inventory tasks shipping receiving and special projects
- Adherence to uniform grooming and workplace organization standards
