Supports sales and account management initiatives across the Missy and Evening businesses, partnering with the Sales Lead to help drive growth and profitability. The role supports business analysis, sales tracking, inventory monitoring, and account-level marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of sales strategies and help achieve sales targets.
• Gather and organize data for business performance analysis and reporting.
• Assist with sales tracking, inventory monitoring, and maintaining OTB components.
• Support account-level digital and marketing initiatives and communicate with merchant partners.
• Participate in store visits and document merchandising execution.
• Maintain inventory records and basic forecasting data.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail or related experience.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and metrics.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
