Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product features and provide recommendations for handbags
• Process sales transactions accurately using store systems
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize displays
• Receive and unpack shipments and assist with inventory counts
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Assist with fitting room and returns processes as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer focused with a polished and professional appearance

• Ability to work a flexible full time schedule including weekends
