Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an inviting and guest ready sales floor
• Deliver styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture and maintain client data and relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on inquiries and events
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
• Proven experience generating sales and building client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated customer empathy and commitment to client excellence
