Job Description

Summary

Join the store team to drive sales and deliver elevated client experiences through clienteling, product expertise, and strong operational support at the Locust Grove outlet. The role focuses on building client relationships, meeting commercial KPIs, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain a guest ready sales floor
  • Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
  • Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
  • Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to foster open communication
  • Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
  • Adhere to company policies and retail operational procedures
  • Continuously seek feedback and development opportunities

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product knowledge
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer focused with empathy and professionalism
