Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain a guest ready sales floor
- Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
- Capture client data and cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to foster open communication
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and retail operational procedures
- Continuously seek feedback and development opportunities
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer focused with empathy and professionalism
