Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience while driving sales and supporting store operations. The role focuses on clienteling, product and styling expertise, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and other commercial KPIs.
• Welcome clients, provide elevated service, and share product knowledge, styling expertise, and seasonal trends.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and accurate client data capture.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and guest ready, and collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures and seek ongoing feedback and learning opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including operating a POS system and using Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
